I am and will always be a tomboy at heart... no matter how much I've grown accustom to feminine cuts. Dressing in men's clothing and dressing more streetwear is so refreshing. Just to throw on a nice, comfortable pair of sneakers, a snapback and over-sized men's clothing... nice sigh of relief. I know there are many girls, especially petite girls, who may not feel fully comfortable straying away from feminine cuts to their natural taste for dressing like a "tomboy." Possibly because over-sized men's clothing can completely over shadow a petite frame, however, not if you do it right and understand what flatters your body. Here I didn't completely stray away from feminine cuts... but I am a female. Crisp white sneakers with intricate, glossy reptile embossing with a subtle wedge inside is the perfect touch to a more "boyish" shoe.
(WILL ALWAYS BE A NIKE GIRL AT HEART <3)
Then a nice over-sized men's denim jacket/vest with a hoodie over a fitted, short dress flatters the body without looking overtly feminine.
Just saying... be you, if you wanna dress a certain way, figure out how to make it flatter you ;)
