Interpersonal intelligence is the ability to know, understand and interact with others skillfully and consistently. Our specific sensory-perceptual way of thinking is the key to finding our own, personal creativity. As, creativity is not something that can be taught, it is something that must be assessed by the individual. Creativity is using the imagination to create original work, regardless of whether it is apart of the artistic community or not. Creativity is not limited to those considered to be an artist on some platform because creativity is needed to make any business advance. It is what separates one from like-minded individuals or companies. 

Creativity comes from interpersonal intelligence. It comes from both verbal and non-verbal communication. It comes from the ability to note distinctions as well as the ability to be sensitive to a variety of moods. This helps to gain multiple perspectives which then helps one to develop their own perspective to create innovative ideas. Creativity is what helps me constantly come up with a multitude of different outfits every morning that I wake. It is something that cannot be given and must be earned.
